FROM DESIGN TO INSTALLATION
Expert guidance from start to finish
Step #1
Complimentary design consult
Locate one of our regional Puustelli Plus+ partners to envision and explore how the range of our cabinetry and countertop options can bring your vision of a new kitchen to life. To make the most of your meeting, we invite you to send us architectural renderings, blueprints, or inspiration boards ahead of time.
Step #2
Optional Home Visit
Now that we’ve had a chance to learn more about you and your new kitchen plans, we’ll want to make sure we have all the right measurements in place for the design work to get started! During a home visit, your dedicated designer will be taking notes, measuring, and documenting the space to ensure that we get all the small details just right. Alternatively, we can also use any 3D renderings or architectural blueprints you may have provided.
Step #3
Design Agreement & 3D Design
Based on your initial design consult, we provide you with a high level cost estimate and project scope as part of our Design Agreement. The next step is to get started on your actual 3D designs, and we’ll meet to review materials, colors, countertops, handles, and kitchen functionality to get it all just right. You’ll get to choose all of the final details that will make up your kitchen, from the desired look and feel to the configuration of your cabinets. We’ll work closely with you to make sure that every single detail is exactly what you want.
Step #4
Contract Signing
Once the design work is complete, we’ll review and prepare your kitchen design for ordering. When the contract has been signed, your custom kitchen cabinetry and countertop order will be placed with our factory and the manufacturing process begins.
Step #6
Installation
Whether you’re remodeling your space or building a new home, your new Puustelli kitchen will be installed by a Certified Puustelli Installer when walls have been painted, floors have been installed, and with plumbing and electric work completed. Installation typically takes no longer than 1-1.5 weeks. Because Puustelli countertops are pre-cut at the factory, we’ll be able to install your countertops during the kitchen installation as well, reducing the typical installation time by 2-4 weeks.
Step #6
Final Review
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your new kitchen before officially finishing the project. When the installation is complete, we’ll do a careful inspection to make sure your kitchen is ready for use. Your Puustelli cabinetry automatically includes a 30-year manufacturers warranty, so that you can rest assured that your new stunning kitchen is built to last.
