Designer-Owned Family Heirloom

This designer-owned home is a family heirloom that was passed down from an older generation so it was important to the couple to update the home without compromising the memories. The rooms were kept in the original locations but with a larger kitchen window and white birch cabinets the space was transformed into a modern, bright and inviting space. Gray birch was used to accent the kitchen in the pantry area which flowed into the dining room and tied into the Mid-Century modern feel of the home. White countertops and backsplash provide a spacious feel while a walnut wood top grounds the island.
