Design Agreement to Get You Started
Our team thoroughly reviews and analyzes the details of your desired project and formally presents our design ideas to match your unique vision. Together we determine that your vision and style align with our experience moving forward with a commitment to our partnership to work together to shape the renovation and make your design dreams a reality.
Design Kickoff and Measurements
Our professional design team comes in and thoroughly measures and documents the condition of your existing space, specifically noting any corrections that may need to be addressed during the build phase. We are also constantly reviewing and reshaping the vision, understanding your personal tastes and addressing functionality aspects of your design such as storage needs and appliances.
Concept Design Approval
We work together to narrow the options and ensure our final recommendation aligns perfectly with your vision. Using various illustrative design tools, you’ll be able to visualize and approve the preliminary design direction for your dream kitchen.
Costing Process
Once concept design direction has been confirmed, we coordinate with our trade partners (plumbers, electricians, dry wall, flooring, etc…) to review the space onsite and start the process of confirming the costs for your desired solution.
Project Design Approval & Contract Signing
After meeting with all our trade partners to fully understand the investment required, we come together to review the project design and scope of work and solidify our partnership with a contract agreement.
Final Design Details and Material Selection
Here’s where the fun truly begins. Your designer will help you select all the custom touches that will make your home kitchen renovation unique. From lighting, tile, color and appliance selections, to the functionality of cabinetry and pantry needs, we’ll be here to guide you through the entire process.
Project Start
Our team first begins this exciting phase by prepping and protecting your site.
